Booking

The tour program starts from Monday 19th at 7pm at the hotel in Thessaloniki and ends after breakfast on Sunday 25th October 2026.

The optional cruise starts from Monday 26th and ends Friday 30th October 2026.

The price per person is €1,395 Euros for a shared twin/double room. 

The price per person is €1,650 Euros for a single occupancy room.

Flights are not included in the cost so you will need to make your own arrangements.

There are direct flights to Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) from most European countries. From Asia or the Americas, many visitors use Turkish Airlines and transit via Istanbul. There are also several daily flights from Athens to Thessaloniki. We recommend you aim to arrive at Thessaloniki Airport no later than 6pm (local time) on Monday 19th October 2026.

The tour will finish in Athens after breakfast on Sunday 25th October, so please book your return ticket from Athens International Airport (ATH) with flights departing from midday onwards, to allow time for airport transfers.

Please note: your passport must be valid for at least six months from your date of entry to the European Schengen area.

All none-European passport holders will require a Schengen visa or a ETIAS (travel authorisation for visa-exempt travellers).

Person travel and health insurance are not included (except basic insurance whilst on the tour itself) so please arrange this in advance.

We can arrange additional nights at the hotel in Thessaloniki before the tour starts and at the hotel in Athens after the tour finishes. This will be an additional charge. Simply indicate your requirements on the booking form and we will add the cost to your invoice.

• More than three months before departure – a full refund will be offered, minus a £50 booking charge.
• Three months to six weeks before departure – 50% refund will be provided.
• Six weeks or less before departure – no refund will be provided.
