Scripture Union in Ukraine aims to work in partnership with local churches as agents of love and support to carry God's Word of hope and salvation to those who sacrifice everything for the freedom and independence of Ukraine.

The team’s vision is to restore a war-damaged facility to create a place of healing and recovery: the Veteran’s Families Centre will provide a Christ-centred, restoring environment where veterans and families access spiritual care, psychosocial support, fellowship and practical assistance to rebuild their lives.

The facility will host retreats, camps and training events. The total cost will be £370,000. With nearly half the funding already raised they just need a further £217,000 to complete the renovation of dormitories and the medical facility, along with buying equipment and putting in the necessary infrastructure.

Funds to support this project will go to Scripture Union Ukraine to help set up this place of hope and healing for families in the midst of war.
