Scripture Union Lithuania

A Scripture Union (SU) movement in Lithuania started in 1996. Summer camps are the main ministry for  SU Lithuania. Every year we invite children and teenagers from orphanages, families at risk and church families to the two or three summer camps which we run. The main goal of the camps is to introduce the Bible to our campers and teach them about Biblical truths in an experiential way. Each camp uses the SU European Bible Reading plan for those dates and regardless of whether it happens to be the Old or the New Testament, we help them to reflect on the text and what it means to us today. All the camp activities are designed to help children and teenagers experience what is written in the Bible. Because of that, every year we see how God uses His truths from our daily readings to impact the lives of our campers. We are rejoicing that last year a group of teenagers and this year a group of children, accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.
