Costs

The conference fee for the Global Gathering 2024 will be GBP £765 (USD $975) per person for a shared twin room, or GBP £925 (USD $1,180) for a single room. This only covers the conference costs, as well as accommodation and meals (as indicated on the timetable shown on the Program page). You will need to pay for flights, travel insurance, visas and other personal costs in addition to this.

As with previous Global Gatherings, we ask all SU Movements to cover their own costs as much as they are able.

There will be some financial support available to help towards costs for those movements who have less resources, and we want to work together to make sure that each SU Movement can be represented in Malaysia. If you wish to be considered to receive financial support, please contact your Field Development Director by the end of November 2023 at the latest.

For the more prosperous SU Movements, we ask you to consider donating towards our sponsorship fund which will enable either a Young Ambassador or particular SU movement representative to attend. You can either make a donation on the Payment page or contact us at [email protected] to arrange this.
