We focus on discipleship that is ongoing so that children and young people may come to personal faith in Jesus, grow in Christian maturity and become both committed church members and servants of a world in need.
Ryan lives with his foster family and was introduced to SU through one of their friends. He loved SU camps and developed strong relationships with the leaders. This grew his faith immensely. Eventually, in his final year at school, he went to the Go Conference – a mission-focussed event run by SU Scotland for young leaders. This led Ryan to go on a mission trip to Rwanda, encouraged and supported by his family and mentors in SU. This has turned out to be the highlight of Ryan’s life so far.
